Joe is a senior associate with over 20 years’ experience dealing with fatal and catastrophic injury claims. He acts for people nationwide who have been involved in road traffic collisions, accidents at work or have been injured or killed as a result of public and occupier’s liability or medical negligence. He also acts for victims of crime. He specialises in brain and spinal cord injury as well as claims involving amputation or limb threatening injury.
He is particularly focused on meeting and supporting clients with severe and life changing injuries or bereaved families, assisting them obtain a settlement to help rebuild their lives. Joe regularly supports people throughout the criminal, coronial and civil process and engages insurance companies at an early stage to assist people who have an urgent financial need and obtain access to private rehabilitation.
Joe is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx) and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
