Jane qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and joined Horwich Cohen Coghlan in 2015, achieving Associate status 12 months later. Initially upon qualification, Jane worked as a general civil litigator for approximately 5 years before specialising in Claimant personal injury litigation. Jane has experience in undertaking claims arising from all kinds of accidents, but has developed a particular specialism in the areas of public and employer liability claims and heads up the Employer/Public Liability team. Jane has also been instrumental in setting up and overseeing the firm’s Food Poisoning Claims team.
With over 20 years experience as a solicitor, Jane has a particular interest in high valued and complex cases, and is a member of the the Major Trauma and Serious Injury team at Horwich Cohen Coghlan Solicitors.
