Heather is a Solicitor and Senior Associate in our London office and has exclusively represented claimants who have suffered catastrophic injuries for more than a decade. She joined claimant personal injury practice in 2013, straight after completing her Legal Practice Course with Distinction and has fought for her negligently injured clients ever since. Before joining HCC Solicitors, Heather worked for two other leading Legal 500 firms in London.
Heather is consistently described as passionate, tenacious, proactive and empathic by everyone she works with, including clients, colleagues, barristers and medical experts. She truly listens to clients and tailors her approach to work with peoples individual needs. She goes out of her way to use plain English to explain legal issues, strategy and the claim process and prides herself on her exemplarily levels of client care and utter dedication to obtaining the best possible results for her clients.
In terms of case type, Heather has a particular interest and specialism in road traffic collisions. However, she also deals with a variety of case types including public liability, occupiers liability, employers liability and fatal incident.
In terms of the nature of injuries sustained, Heather has a particular interest and specialism in traumatic brain injury claims. Before joining HCC, Heather exclusively represented traumatic brain injury survivors for six and a half years. However, she now represents claimants with all types of life changing injuries, including brain injury, spinal cord, ploy-trauma, amputation and psychological/psychiatric trauma.
Heather is an accredited Litigator and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
In her spare time, Heather is a keen motorcyclist and currently rides a Suzuki GSR600. She also has a French Bulldog called Mötley who rarely leaves her side!
