Firdous is an Associate in our Major Trauma Serious Injury department. Firdous shows highly flexible intellect and works on a variety of cases in both Serious and Catastrophic Injury (including International Serious Injury) and Medical Negligence. She is able to work competently on complex and demanding cases and has been involved in settlements of up to several millions of pounds.
She generates sound legal arguments and is able to communicate effectively with clients, experts and third parties. Recently shortlisted as a “Rising Star” in the 2023 Women in the Law and Diversity Awards, Firdous demonstrates a commendable client focus so that her clients feel “held” by her and is admirably focused on problem solving. She is able to identify barriers and can expediently overcome these to progress her cases.
In addition, Firdous is committed to diversity, equality and inclusion within the legal sector. She is a keen member of the firm’s diversity and inclusion forum. Firdous is professional, friendly and an excellent team player who is committed to helping others including her peers. Firdous is also a mentor for One Million Mentors, helping young people build the knowledge, skills, confidence and networks they need to succeed.
