Kelly is a Partner at HCC and qualified Solicitor. Kelly represents individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries including Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord, Amputation and multiple muscular-skeletal trauma. As an accredited Senior Litigation and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) she is focused on securing early and appropriate physical and emotional rehabilitation for her clients to support their recovery and adjustment after injury.
Kelly is also vastly experienced at representing families who have experienced the loss of a loved one as a result of fatal injuries, specifically following a road traffic collision and is a keen supporter and advocate of a range of charities aimed at supporting victims. Well connected in the sector Kelly works proactively and tirelessly to make sure that families are supported throughout the legal process, and to securing the best possible outcome for families giving them the ability to move forward with their lives following a major trauma.
