The claims are complex, high value and/or high-profile in nature and consist of Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) and Orthopaedic Injuries requiring amputation. Amber has a particular interest in Fatal Accident Claims and represented those that have lost loved ones or sustained serious injury during the London Bridge Terror Attack in June 2017. Amber has also provided legal presentations to the Police Federation, Family Liaison Officers (FLOs), Senior Investigating Officers (SIOs) and The British Transport Police (BTP) regarding the Civil Claims Process.
Amber has successfully concluded hundreds of personal injury cases in her 12 years’ experience with settlement values over £1m. She has dealt with cases arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work and public and occupier’s liability claims.
